The Choice

When I make the choice
         to look up, 
         to gaze upon my God,
         to strengthen myself in all that He is,
         to seek direction from the King of Kings and Lord of Lords,
         and allow Him to comfort me in my sorrow, loss, or pain...

It is then that I choose Him.

Even though I do not understand...I choose Him,
And He opens the heavens with His Father's heart,
And gives out of His rich treasures,
Giving me grace for the circumstances of the day,
Strengthening me from the inside out,
Allowing me to see and know His love, His greatness, His goodness.
He goes ahead and prepares the way for victory...

And then He says, "Come and rest!"
"Come and rest in all I am for You.
 Allow Me to reveal My love to you.
 Allow My love to touch, mend, soothe, and heal all your pain, and aches of your loss."

"Allow Me to come into your garden and reveal My love to you."

"I am with you, I am for you,
 We belong to each other!"
