That you mercy, grace, and favor over us
Is fresh today...
Fresh for a brand new day
With fresh hope, fresh courage, fresh strategy,
Fresh sunshine...
It is not leftover favor,
Nor stale grace
That carries with it the disappointment, failure or hurt of yesterday
But fresh...
Today...now
Straight from the heart of Father God
Over me...over you
His beloved sons and daughters...
Great is His faithfulness
Great is His love
How intimately He know our hearts
Know our desires, knows our needs
And so magnificently
He provides it
Fresh to us today!
